Autumn is a great time to curl up with a good book!

While everyone of us that likes to read will probably have a different taste in books, from different genres or preferring certain authors, there is something out there for everyone. The speed at which everyone reads is different and of course if you love reading as much as I do, the speed you read at will increase over time.

Personally, I like quite a wide  variety of genres, although I tend to read a lot of thriller/mystery/crime books. Although I have read plenty of romance novels too. And if I find a book that combines all of them, then I know I have hit a jackpot!

For autumn reading though, there is a wide variety available, notably the ones below:

    1. One Left Alive by Helen Phifer
    2. The Family Upstairs by Lisa Jewell
    3. The Harry Potter Series
    4. The Girl in the Grave by Helen Phifer
    5. Lily Alone by Vivien Brown
    6. The Girl Who Came Back by Kerry Wilkinson
    7. The Darkness Within by Lisa Stone
    8. Behind Closed Doors by B.A.Paris
    9. Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
    10. The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

In all honesty though, I could go on forever as I have read so many books that I have thoroughly enjoyed. As it stands, I am currently rereading the Dr Kay Scarpetta series by Patricia Cornwell ready for her new release in November 2021 which will be the first Scarpetta book since 2016! To say I am excited is a little bit of an understatement and I will not lie, I have read her books on more than one occasion!
